An accomplished real estate executive, Shannah Hall Franckum builds on a professional background that spans more than four decades. She began her career serving as a research assistant with the firm of Touche Ross, where she managed public relations and marketing functions under the supervision of the director of practice development. Working out of the firm’s New York City office, Shannah Hall Franckum went on to earn multiple promotions, culminating in her assuming responsibilities as administrative assistant/personal secretary to the partner-in-charge.
After subsequent tenures as office manager with the Law Offices of Attorney Scott H. Robb and as a research consultant with KMG Main Hurdman, Shannah Hall Franckum transitioned to the real estate industry, becoming vice president and director of leasing with Cambridge Development and Investment Associates (CDIA). There, she played a key role in introducing a Japan Town to Cambridge by leasing units in a redeveloped building to numerous Japanese businesses, the majority of which remain in the building today.
Following her role with CDIA, Shannah Hall served as director of retail leasing with Hammond Real Estate’s Commercial Division. Since 2002, Ms. Franckum has led as principal of the Cambridge Real Estate Company, a firm that engages in real estate operations from its headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
